India talks tough over N-text amendments
Any conditions proposed by members of the Nuclear Suppliers' Group will not be acceptable to India, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said on Saturday. He categorically also said that India will have to look at any amendments first before taking a decision. The Foreign Minister's statement came just a day after America said there could be some changes in the draft waiver.
