India is unlikely to agree to Pakistan's offer for Foreign-Minister-level talks between the two countries any time soon, sources have said. Pakistan's Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar had on Wednesday night suggested holding talks with her Indian counterpart to defuse tension along the Line of Control in Kashmir.
