Indian BPOs see boom in collection calls
The big wash-off on Wall Street is proving to be a blessing in disguise for some of the Indian BPOs. With the US economy in a deep debt crisis, loan defaults have spiked almost 400 per cent and this has led to an increase in volumes of collection calls.
