At the last conclave held in 2005 to elect Benedict XVI, only three Indian cardinals voted. But at this Papal election, there are five. Cardinal Telesphore Toppo, the Archbishop of Ranchi who was present at the last conclave, will be voting in the Sistine Chapel again, and like all other cardinals is also a candidate even though he hasn't emerged as a front-runner.
