Indian carriers switch to e-ticketing
It has not been the best time for the aviation industry which has been reeling under cost pressures. To maintain their margins, aviation companies are trying to cut costs with e-ticketing. No wonder, the IATA directive asking all airlines to switch to 100 per cent e-ticketing by 1 June has come at a great time.
