Indian student killed in Illinois, US
An Indian student from Andhra Pradesh, Soumya Reddy, was reportedly killed by an unidentified assailant in Illinois, US, in the early hours of Sunday. Twenty-three-year-old Soumya was pursuing MS in electricals at Southern Illinois University in the US and had left her home in Hyderabad in June 2007 along with her elder sister Sahaja, who is pursuing MS in computers from Governor State University, Chicago.
