India has suspended issue of visas to Canadian citizens "till further notice" amid a massive international row over claims Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government has intelligence linking New Delhi to the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a pro-Khalistan Sikh terrorist.
