Indo-Pak Siachen talks: No breakthrough expected
India and Pakistan are holding two-day talks in on Siachen. No breakthrough is expected despite a loud pitch by Pakistan in recent weeks calling for demilitarisation. There's also been a sense that Pakistan is so keen on putting Siachen first that it's pushing away other doables like Sir Creek. But why is it that the Siachen thaw is so difficult to achieve?
