Indo-US nuclear logjam on; others sniff opportunity
Days ahead of the US President Barack Obama's visit, the logjam between US firms and the Indian government on the Nuclear Liability Bill continues. Interestingly, it is the French and Russians who seem to take advantage of the deal that the US lobbied so hard for.
