The upper house passed a resolution moved by Piyush Goyal, leader of the house, to suspend Raghav Chadda till the privileges committee submits its findings on the cases of breach of privileges. "He indulged himself in gross impropriety unbecoming of a member of parliament," said Mr Goyal.
