Industries and NGOs Help Rural India In Combating COVID
The second wave of the coronavirus has been terrible for urban India but significantly disastrous for the rural part of the country. The shortage of required healthcare infrastructure has only compounded the crisis and affected both COVID and non-COVID patients. To support people struggling due to the overwhelmed healthcare infrastructure, Wave Industries along with the Ponty Chadha Foundation initiated relief work. This includes preparing kits of necessary medicines, along with setting up a COVID facility, COVID ICU beds, oxygen banks, among others.
