Infiltration is on the rise in J&K: Omar

The infiltration graph is once again on the rise in Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, quoting state intelligence agencies says 30 to 40 militants have successfully managed to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir in the last one month, a fact that's still to be verified by the central multi agency.
