Infosys in the dock again for visa troubles
Visa misuse allegations continue to mount for Infosys as The New York Times has reported that at least two more Infosys managers have raised similar concerns. The main allegation is that Infy employees come in on easier to get B1 visas which allows only short stays for client meetings, but they end up doing contract work permitted only under the H1B work visa.
