24-year-old Swathi S bled to death on the platform of a Chennai railway station last week. A man attacked her with a sickle as commuters watched. No one came to the woman's rescue. Now, a new CCTV footage has emerged which shows the suspected killer escaping the scene after the horrendous crime.
