Navi Mumbai real estate gets a boost with the new sea bridge called Mumbai Trans Harbour Link. This will be India's longest sea link connecting Navi Mumbai to the heart of Mumbai city. With commute time reduced, the much anticipated bridge is said to near completion by the end of 2023. Navi Mumbai will also host the DB Patil International airport, which will be the second airport of Mumbai city.
