The welcoming smiles and glamorous uniforms mask long hours and hard work. It sounds exciting but it's not easy to have breakfast in Delhi, lunch in Dubai and dinner in London. And it's no longer the preserve of the urban, upper middle class - young girls from places like Darbhanga and Jabalpur are storming the bastion.
