Shailendra Kumar Bandhe, 29, who works as a peon in the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission office, has successfully cracked the state's Public Service Commission exam, earning a position as an officer in the state's bureaucracy. A native of Bilaspur district, Mr Bandhe achieved this milestone on his fifth attempt. The results, announced last week, revealed that he secured the 73rd rank in the general category and the 2nd rank in the reserved category.
