Inter-State Cricket Betting Racket Busted In Hyderabad
Hyderabad City Police busted an interstate cricket betting ring on Friday. The primary accused, Vikas Agarwal, devised a strategy to make quick money through cricket betting using online websites and applications while he was experiencing financial difficulties. He met Mahendra Patel and Rajendra Patel during this time. They began placing bets online by using softwares like One Sagar and Radhe Exchange Goshamahal. Police had been keeping tabs on the scheme for a while, and after receiving a tip, they conducted a raid and detained the scammer. Along with cell phones, a total of Rs 12,05,000 was seized from them.
