With riders that prevent him from taking any major decisions, the Supreme Court verdict reinstating Alok Verma as CBI chief is seen as a 50-50 verdict. But speaking to NDTV, Congress's Kapil Sibal points out a similar curb however did not stop the interim CBI chief from acting against Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav.
