Investing in Noida Extension? Think again
In this segment of the latest episode of The Property Show, we look at the state of the projects in Noida Extension, where developers are having a hard time delivering projects and most deadlines have been pushed back by at least a couple of years. The best option right now would be sell as rates have appreciated little. A better investment option would be Noida Expressway, where most projects are under development and will be completed within a year.
