Investment Spending Should be Increased in Budget: Arvind Virmani
Arvind Virmani, former chief economic adviser, told NDTV that rather than altering the fiscal deficit target, the government should change the composition of expenditure in such a way that investment spending is increased and subsidies are reduced.
