Investors are withdrawing capital from equities: Morgan Stanley
Ridham Desai, Head of India Research, Morgan Stanley, says investors are cautious on India and they are withdrawing capital from Indian equities market. Chetan Ahya, Asia Pacific & India economist at Morgan Stanley, says the corporate sentiment on investments is weakening and the engineering firms’ orderbooks have hit a new low in terms of year-on-year growth, thus the outlook on capex is not positive at this time.
