Samir Arora, Fund Manager at Helios Capital Management speaks to NDTV Profit about stock markets, India's growth story and reform process. He says that right now, markets are bullish for short term on the back of belief in Dr Manmohan Singh's optimistic words that reforms will happen as this might be the government's last chance. "It looks like they [govt] may do a few things because there is pressure from rating agencies, RBI and a weak currency. There is a new FM and there is a window. If this window is not used then it's the time to be properly bearish," he says.
