IPL: Sundar Raman Quits as COO, BCCI Accepts Resignation
Sundar Raman resigned from his post as Indian Premier League chief operating officer (COO) on November 3. Raman's name had come up in the Mudgal and Lodha investigations into the IPL spot-fixing scandal of 2013. Justice Mukul Mudgal said he was happy with the resignation but felt Raman should have done so earlier. IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla praised Raman for his role as COO and wished him a bright future.
