IPO Money Primarily to Be Used for Debt Reduction: Prabhat Diary

Vivek Nirmal, CEO and Joint MD, Prabhat Diary, told NDTV that out of the Rs 300 crore raised through fresh issue of shares Rs 115 crore will be used for setting up of solar plant and marketing and branding of its consumer products division. The rest will be used for pre-payment of debt, he added.
