Is India Headed For A Third Wave? Top ICMR Epidemiologist Answers
On this episode of Vaccinate India in partnership with Google, we speak to Dr Samiran Panda, the head of Epidemiology at the Indian Council of Medical Research, to get an idea of if or when India is expected to be hit by a third Covid wave, and whether we're vaccinating at a fast enough rate to avoid such a scenario. Dr Panda spells out four circumstances under which India could see a third wave - and says that it may hit India by August-end, but it need not be as severe as the devastating second wave.
