Is There A Way To Expedite Court Cases?
India faces a grave problem when it comes to backlog of cases in courts. With millions of cases pending in India and a shortfall of judges, is there any way we can fast-track the justice system? Should there be fast-track courts or should cases involving heinous crimes be heard on a priority basis?
