Is This the 'Golden Age' of Hindi Cinema?

There is no so foolproof formula or a recipe for success in Bollywood. So what ensures success in Bollywood - a larger than life megastar, a good script, a concoction of suspense, drama and romance or is it the public that determines the commercial success of a film? What about 'Independent' cinema which is creating ripples the world over but is at the mercy of a big production house or a benevolent producer to ensure their release in India? However, in spite of all lacunae and all the challenges, Bollywood is churning out films that is redefining this new age of Hindi cinema. Is this indeed the golden age of Hindi cinema?
