Was Ishrat Jahan a terrorist? Was she a LeT operative? or was Ishrat Jahan a college student who was falsely implicated and gunned down in the most gruesome manner unheard in India? The mystery over Ishrat Jahan's encounter seems to deepen with every passing day with no dearth of new conspiracy theories coming out so much so that governmental agencies are gunning for each others throat. Also, the broader question that we must answer: Should law enforcement agencies be taken to task for encounters? Can India do away without encounters to control terrorism?
