ISI still runs terror camps, confesses Jehadi
From Afghanistan to America to India, Pakistan has been accused of helping terror groups but the ISI is still helping jehadis, only the modalities may have changed. There is a story of a 20-year-old alleged Hurkat-ul-Mujhadeen terrorist Mohammed Hashim from Balauchistan. He was caught by the Indian Army from Tangdhar from north Kashmir this July.
