He probably has the toughest job in the world, espousing anti-Americanism in Israel. But 56-year-Israeli communist, Issam Makhoul, carries on. And his views may sound familiar to many in India. Makhoul is on a week-long visit to India on the invitation of the CPM. Issam Makhoul is the chief ideologue of the CPI, the communist party of Israel and like the red brigade, Makhoul too isn't happy with India's growing defence ties with Israel.
