IT-BPO sector may see big-ticket M&A deals
With two recent acquisitions of over $500 million each by Genpact and Serco, the Indian BPO industry is seeing a spurt of M&A activities. Analysts expect more deals in the offing as I-T service companies like Infosys and Mahindra Satyam are looking to expand their BPO offerings.
