IT firms introduce work from home policy
The IT employers in Hyderabad have been telling their employees to work from home because of lack of space in the office. There is a reason for three-month-old Shreyan to smile. His mother Arunika Saxena, an associate consultant in Genpact, is ambitious software professional but she is by his side day and night. Arunika says opting to work from home has been a win-win situation.
