Dr Arvinder Singh Soin, Chairman, Medanta Liver Transplant Institute explained that if a person is normal with normal liver function, then they will not be affected as those who have a liver disease and a Covid infection can make the ailment more severe. Further Dr Soin said that if people have severe liver disease, then there is a 15-20% chance of dying if there is a Covid-19 infection.
