J&K lady constable lives two lives
A case of lost and found of a woman, Neelofer in Srinagar has not brought about much happiness. In fact, Neelofar, a lady constable in Srinagar force, does not seem to be happy about it at all. Two years ago, Neelofar's family alleged that she was killed by Srinagar police. This led to major demonstrations in the city. She went missing leaving her husband and two children.
