Inmates in Mahrashtra's Chandrapur Jail are complaining that rich prisoners are being made to pay for meals and for meeting relatives. And anyone who tries to complain is beaten up. Such was the date for 40-year-old Sheru Ali, who is recuperating in the Chandrapur district hospital now.
