Two months back Jamia Nagar in south Delhi hit the headlines. Delhi Police claimed that they shot down two Indian Mujahideen militants in the area. Those claims were quickly questioned and residents have since demanded a judicial probe. Undoubtedly, the controversial encounters dominates the poll agenda.
