Jammu remains tense, SMS services banned

SMS services have been banned in Jammu and offices of two TV channels, including a local cable channel, have been sealed by the state government. The city continues to be tense but protests were muted on Sunday, perhaps because of heavy rain. Sunday is the 11th day of the bandh and there are reports of it being extended.
