There could be a negative fallout on the construction work on road links in Jammu and Kashmir after the attack on the border roads organisation men in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, that killed five BRO men including a Lieutenant Colonel. Lt Col Ajay Verma had apprised the civil and police authorities about the militant threats.
