Jammu simmers again, BJP calls for bandh
Trouble continues in Jammu where members of the Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti are on a chain hunger strike for the last few days. The situation became worse on Wednesday when one of the protestors died. He had reportedly consumed poison. The BJP workers then came out on the roads and enforced a bandh in Jammu. They burnt tyres and stopped the police from taking the body to the hospital for post-mortem.
