After Janata Dal (United) President Nitish Kumar returned to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and took oath as Bihar Chief Minister, deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary said that the alliance of JD(U)-BJP-HAM and other parties will work on the paths of development of the state. He further said, "In the last 48 hours, you all have witnessed the political situation of Bihar. We received a proposal from JD(U) to extend our (BJP's) support to them and we extended our support. Attempts were being made to break JD(U). The alliance of JD(U)-BJP-HAM and other parties will work on the paths of development of the state."
