Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing his final rally on Sunday ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, said that only the BJP respects the country's middle class and the Union Budget presented on Saturday was to ensure that "Modi's guarantees" were fulfilled. Slamming the Aam Aadmi Party, PM Modi said that "aapda" party had ruined 11 years of Delhi. PM Modi said that slums will remain intact in Delhi and more welfare schemes will be brought. However, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said that people of Delhi should not fall for these hollow promises.
