TS Harihar, chief executive and founder of HRBV Client Solutions, says JK Tyre's deal to buy Kesoram Industries' tyre manufacturing unit in Haridwar is more earnings accretive for Kolkata-based Kesoram. He further says that domestic tyre makers seem to be losing to China in radial tyres, which is a higher margin business in the segment.
