Russia hits out on western media reports indicating US President Joe Biden could consider arming Ukraine with nuclear weapons. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has termed the reports 'absolutely irresponsible'. The New York Times has reported last week that some unidentified Western officials had suggested US President Joe Biden could give Ukraine nuclear weapons before he leaves office.
