Judge's Appointment: Supreme Court To Hear Petition Just Before Her Oath | Read
The Supreme Court will today hear a plea challenging the appointment of lawyer Lekshmana Chandra Victoria Gowri as a judge of the Madras High Court, just fifteen minutes before her swearing-in. While the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the plea at around 10.15 AM, arrangements are being made in the Madras High Court for her oath fifteen minutes later at 10.30 AM.
