It's 'Gandhigiri' of another kind. Using 'tame' elephants to bring 'rogue' elephants to the right track. That is the strategy Andhra Pradesh's forest officials are using to drive back wild elephants that have killed 18 people in the last three months in Orissa and Andhra Pradesh, back into the forests where they came from.
