Junior Doctor Assaulted By Patient's Attendant In Delhi Hospital
Even as the probe into the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar hospital continues, a case of violence against a junior doctor in a hospital in Delhi has been reported. A complaint has been lodged against the attendant of a patient who was allegedly in an inebriated condition. As per the initial details the attendant physically and verbally abused the doctor. A major demand of the protesting doctors is the implementation of the Central Healthcare Protection Act. NDTV's Shreya Ghosh reports.
