Junior Doctors Continue Kolkata Protest Despite Supreme Court Order
Despite a Supreme Court order directing them to go to work, the junior doctors of RG Kar medical college and hospital continue to protest over the horrific rape and murder of a female doctor. The Bengal government has also written to junior doctors protesting against the rape-murder of a colleague, asking them to participate in a discussion. However, this too was turned down by the junior doctors as they continued to demand justice and better working conditions.
