NDTV's Barkha Dutt was among six anchors chosen from across the world to ask the Secretary of State questions at a "global townhall." Ms Clinton spoke of the recent 35-year sentnece for terrorist David Coleman Headley, and the tragic gang-rape of a young student on a Delhi bus. She was also asked by NDTV about whether she will run for President of the US.
