Jyoti Singh's Juvenile Rapist To Be Out Of Special Home
He was 17 and half when he, along with five others, ruthlessly raped and killed 23-year old Jyoti Singh, who we know as Nirbhaya. After three years at a correctional facility, the juvenile convict is set to be out this Sunday. The Delhi High Court rejected BJP leader Subramanian Swamy's plea seeking a stay on his release. It said it cannot prohibit juvenile's release as per the statutory and existing provisions of law and that he can't be kept at a special home after December 20. Jyoti Singh's family says they haven't got the justice they were promised. Should the juvenile's release be stopped?
